"Autumn in Lowell office did great for me signed up for my car monthly within an hr as we were discussing pricing! But most places blow you up and keep calling with non sense it was done within a breeze with autumn! Knew what coverage I needed especially with kiddos and was done effectively 🙌🏽"

"I cannot begin to tell you the extent Michelle from the Lowell office went through for me. From counseling, contacts, and endless calls, communications necessary for me. Think what you want with these current advertisements, but nothing beats having your agent knowing for years and caring about your well being along with being able to solve problems to get you back on the road after totaling vehicle. They know you. Strangers don't care. Remember that. Big shout out to State Farm in Lowell, Indiana. Aaron has been with me through tornadoes, deer attacks in my driveway during hunting season while parked in the driveway and now a horrible accident. But Michelle and Debbie the office administrators? Are fabulous."
