"While this location was good three years ago, its definitely fallen a long way down. They smile in your face, while screwing you over in their system. They give bad and false information. They screw up simple changes to easy policies. I've about had enough with this 'insurance company.' This coming from a client, with multiple policies, who has NEVER had an at fault accident in the 19 years of being licensed, only rear ended by other people who had their own insurance handle it. I keep giving this company money, costing them nothing, only for them to conduct bad business and find ways to pinch more money out of me, for less coverage. Someone warned me about this kind of thing a couple months ago and I didn't listen. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"I had to call and cancel my policy multiple times because they wouldn’t turn off my auto payment. Finally got done after I threatened to file fraud charges against with my bank. They are thieves. Run !"
